Oh my what a great new coffeebrewer! Coffee tastes like a cross between Chemex coffee and cold press coffee. Lovely deep red-brown color, and smooth. A very cool new coffeetoy!

So you sound so literate about coffee..do you think that all people have the same palates? Why do all the grocery stores sell so much BAD coffee...Why do people stand in line at Starbucks to get burnt coffee? I
Coffee is so misunderstood. Why take good coffee and brew it bad?
So I been making these lovely au laits with the new coffee toy The Aeropress. Oh my, so good with steamed hot milk.....
My favorite thing to do with the little aerobie is to make a Aerobie au Lait..add some hot milk..yummy. Cross between chemex coffee and cold press.
